REFUND
You'll be eligible for a complete refund in the following cases, with photographic evidence if requested:
▴ Your order was delivered with missing or wrong items.
Otherwise all sales are final.

REPLACEMENT
Items will be available for replacement in the following cases, with photographic evidence if requested:
▴ Item was damaged during shipment.
▴ Item has printing errors that went unnoticed during the packing process.
▴ If the wrong or incomplete shipping information was provided/if the package has been left at the local post office too long causing the item to be returned, to have it re-sent the client has to cover the shipping costs again if you want to receive your order.

RETURNS
▴ Returns are allowed with total refund on item price for 7 days after receiving. Shipping costs will be covered by the client. This type of return is available as long as the item is not damaged/used. I will ask for motivation just for feedback, but I will guarantee returns regardless.

SHIPPING
You can see the shipping costs in your cart order, when you select your country.
Once your order is ready for shipping it will take 2-7 days to ship. Once dispatched from local post office, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

All our products are sent by certified mail which ensures a package locator and a delivery confirmation.
Shipping will not be refoundable, being it provided by an external company
The client is responsible for any customs and vat fees that may occur. 

COMBINING ORDERS
▴ If you buy items after having already placed an order, future additions will be able to be added to previously placed orders if said orders are still in manufacturing or packaging process.

PRE-ORDERS
If your items are in preorder, it will take around 1-2 months for your order to reach you. Keep in mind that this includes the time to fund a product, test the quality of the product, and finally to send it and ship it to you! Pre-orders are extremely important because they help me make merch i wouldn't be able to afford otherwise. Thank you for your trust and support!

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
